ADMISSION FORM 

The admission form has to be filled neatly in legible handwriting, avoiding confusion.  It is against the law to provide a wrong name and address. On notice of incorrect information in the form at the beginning, admission is liable to be cancelled.  If such inexact information comes to light after admission, a student is likely to be expelled.  

    NO OBJECTION OF NATIONALITY 

It is essential for the students from across the borders to attach, with the admission form, a certificate of nationality, in accordance with the relevant rules and laws.  
   
    GUARANTEE OF THE GUARDIANS 

If the guardians of the students are, for any reason, unable to be present at the time of admission, they have to provide reliable written guarantee in the prescribed form attached with the admission form.  
   
    ADMISSION TEST

Admission to the desired class strictly depends upon the success of the applicant in the previous class for which a written test would be conducted.  In case of his failure, he may be admitted to any lower class, or denied admission.  
   
    CULTURE, ETHICS & APPEARANCE 

A student shall have to bear in mind the fact that this is a religious and ethical institution.   Building of sound moral character and not mere acquisition of knowledge, is the main aim of his stay here.  Therefore, he has to build his character strictly in accordance with SHARIAT, and his outward look and appearance, to confirm to pious persons and ULAMA whom he is supposed to imitate in clothes, beard and hair etc.  
   
    ADHERENCE TO SALAT

Apart from practicing FARAIZ and WAJEEBAT, he will have to attend congregational prayers in time in the mosque attached to Madressa.  
 
    DISCIPLINE

 
Respectful and polite behavior towards teachers, authorities, staff and ULAMA is essential for every student.  In case of any complaint, instead of quarrelling and involving in altercation, it is advisable to approach the Principal’s Office, for settlement of disputes.  
   
    PRESENCE

Attending the lectures regularly and punctually and presence in their respective classes between MAGRIB & ISHA is compulsory for the students.

   
    TOTAL PRESENCE

75% total average presence is a must for every student and 65% in case of illness provided the presence is not less than 50% in any class.  
   
    LEAVE RULE

If unavoidable, a student may submit a leave application and get it sanctioned first by his concerned teacher followed by the office of the Principal. Otherwise he will be treated as absent.  No letter received by a student from guardian shall be taken into consideration for the purpose of the leave.  The guardian will have to either directly and personally approach the office of the Principal or apply in writing for the leave.


    ABSENCE

The admission of the student who plays truant for a week or more will be cancelled. 
   
    EXAMINATION


A student who avoids any examination shall be declared as failed.  A student who remains absent in the annual examination or fails three or more subjects shall remain in the same class or is liable to be expelled from the Madressa.
Compliance with all the rules and regulations related with the examination is essential.  In case of contravention of these rules, the supervisor or the controller of the examination may nullify the examination.  

   
    DARUL IQAMA

A student shall reside in the room allotted to him by the authority.  The allotted room is not inter-changeable without prior permission.
Unless permitted, a student is not allowed to sleep in any other room than the one allotted to him at night.  Similarly unless permitted, no one, whether a previous student of this  Madressa or guest, can sleep in a room allotted to a student.  A student/boarder shall keep himself away from mischief and misbehavior.  Instead of taking the matter in his own hands, mutual disputes and differences shall have to be referred to the office of the Principal for settlement.  Cleanliness of body, clothes, room and class has to be taken care of.  Waste paper baskets or similar vessels shall have to be sent for the disposal of garbage.  A totally disciplined behavior is expected.  The cot and bed coverings etc. shall have to be properly arranged.
Painting and writing any thing on the walls of bath-rooms, toilets, urinals etc is not only strictly prohibited but will be treated as an unpardonable offence.
A student/boarder himself is responsible for safety of his own cash or valuables if any; or a recourse to the authorities or supervisors in this respect is extremely advisable.
No student can possess or play radio and other impermissible cassettes which, in case of contravention, is liable to be confiscated.
 

   
    PROTECTION OF PROPERTY

Safety of each and every property of Madressa, including the gardens, the fields, fruits and flowers has to be taken care of.  Inflicting damage on it is tantamount to commission of offence.  
   
    SMOKING

Intoxicants and smoking is not allowed.

   
    CLOTHES

Only SHARAI clothes, befitting ULAMA and pious personalities is permissible. Pants, Shirts, etc are not allowed either to be put on or be kept inside the room.  White clothes are recommended.  
   
    GAMES/CINEMA

Going to MELA and Cinema etc. is strictly prohibited.  On holidays and Fridays, permission to play outside the premises is necessary.
Climbing on the trees or taking a bath in the river or well etc. is strictly prohibited.  The Madressa is therefore not responsible for any probable accident consequent upon such incautious and warranted behavior whatsoever.  


     ASSOCIATIONS

It is essential for the students to participate actively and regularly in programmes such as debates, public speaking, comprehension writing, QIRAT and TAJWID etc. arranged by various student bodies.  Prior permission from Principal is necessary for participation in any programme outside the Madressa.  No one is allowed, without prior permission from the authorities, to engage private tuitions or be engaged as an IMAM in any mosque in the city.  

    TILAWAT

It is compulsory to recite QURAN after FAJR & ISHA prayers.  

    CERTIFICATES

 
No alteration or obliteration of names etc. is possible after issuance of certificates.  
   
   
RULES & REGULATIONS

Strict compliance by the students with each and every rule and regulation in force or to be in force in the future by the authorities, including instructions from time to time, is essential.  No student shall behave in a manner that is incompatible with the dignity of the Madressa and repugnant to his own position.  
   
   
DISOBEDIENCE

Disobedience and contravention of the rule may entail disciplinary action against or expulsion of a student by the authorities.  The decision of the authorities shall be final and binding upon the student who is not entitled to seek any legal assistance against the decision outside the Madressa.  
   
    IFTA SECTION


It is compulsory to spare approximately two hours daily from MAGRIB and ISHA, and after ISHA prayer to read and study books, in accordance with instructions throughout the year.
Attendance in the reading-hours is obligatory and inadvertent students shall be asked to submit an explanation.  The executive has a right to withhold the stipend for the days of absence from reading hours.
It is obligatory to draft at least 125 FATAWA in the year.  A student who fails to draft the required number of FATAWA during a year, shall have to prolong his stay to complete the said assignment.
The student seeking admission here and their guardians are advised to go through these rules and regulations carefully.
